Wayne Cooley Founder
Remedial Massage Therapist/Acupuncturist
Wayne's passion for remedial massage and acupuncture is born from his own experience of sports injuries. Like many, he was desperate for relief from pain and injury. Ever since, Wayne has been helping people achieve their best health via diagnoses and treatments of muscular ailments through his mammoth skill set, including remedial massage, Chinese cupping, and acupuncture. With a wide range of clients, including professional athletes of all levels and people of all ages, from children to seniors, Cooley Health Clinic is a family-oriented business of which Wayne's twin daughters are a part.
Aside from his practice, Wayne enjoys running, cycling and swimming around Arana hills, and playing the guitar when he isn't busy attending to clients. He is a member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association, the country's largest association for traditional medicine and natural therapies in health care and preventative medicine practitioners.

Cherrie McMillan
Yoga Instructor
Cherrie's love for yoga began over twenty years ago and has been constant. It has been her go-to method for managing stress and maintaining balance. Over time, her dedication to the practice deepened, and in 2017, she completed a rigorous 18-month Yoga Teacher Training Course registered with Yoga Australia. This program equipped her with the skills needed to help others discover the transformative power of yoga.
In her classes, Cherrie advocates for a flow style of yoga that connects movement with the breath, helping to strengthen muscles, release tension, and reduce stress. She's also trained in Yin Yoga, which involves holding poses for longer periods to further target the body's connective tissue. Cherrie loves incorporating elements from both practices to provide a well-rounded experience for her students.
If you're eager to experience Cherrie's expertise firsthand, add her Yin Yoga classes to your schedule. Her classes are held once a month on Sundays and provide an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate your mind and body. goes here
